Because each candle is custom-made with your choice of message, color, and scent, all sales are final.

If Something Arrives Damaged
We want your candle experience to be perfect. If something shows up less than flawless:

We’ll replace it — no stress, no extra cost.
Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? You’ve got 12 hours from the time of purchase to make changes.

Once production starts, we can’t make edits or cancellations.
Candle Safety (Because We Care)

Always burn your candle in sight.

Keep it away from kids, pets, and anything that could catch fire.

Follow the candle care card in your package — it’s there to keep your glow safe.
