Hey love — before you light up your power, here’s everything you need to know so we stay on the same page. We keep it simple, clear, and full of good vibes.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within the U.S. 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

  • SYP is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each candle is custom-made with your choice of message, color, and scent, all sales are final.

  • We can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of heart, or scent preference,

If Something Arrives Damaged

We want your candle experience to be perfect. If something shows up less than flawless:

  • Fill out this form within 48 hours of delivery -> Click Here to Report Issue

  • Include your order number + clear photos of the damage.

  • We’ll replace it — no stress, no extra cost.

Order Cancellations

  • Need to cancel? You’ve got 12 hours from the time of purchase to make changes.

  • Once production starts, we can’t make edits or cancellations.

Candle Safety (Because We Care)

  • Always burn your candle in sight.

  • Keep it away from kids, pets, and anything that could catch fire.

  • Follow the candle care card in your package — it’s there to keep your glow safe.

  • We can’t take responsibility for misuse once the candle is in your hands.
